PREDICITVE DIALER DIGITAL-FAX interfaces with several predictive dialer systems with the capabilities of showing either blend or multiple input. DATABASE APPLICATIONS The DIGITAL-FAX Monitor System is a program that accumulates status information from your database, i.e. SQL Query, Access, Excel, etc., then transmits it automatically to one or more DIGITAL-FAX Monitor(s) for wide-area viewing. In addition, the DIGITAL-FAX Monitor System can also transmit other messages to the electronic display board(s) showing the database information in a single or multiple location. MULTIPLE INPUT SOURCES The DIGITAL-FAX ACD Monitor System is a program that accumulates queue status information from multiple input sources, i.e. different ACD's, combination ACD/Predictive dialer, ACD/database, etc., then transmits it automatically to one or more DIGITAL-FAX Monitor(s) for wide-area viewing. In addition, the DIGITAL-FAX ACD Monitor System can also transmit other messages, to the electronic display board(s) showing the queue status information, in a single or multiple location. REMOTE MESSAGING Digital-Fax Remote Messaging is a client application that allows a user to access and send messages through the company network via TCP/IP. MESSAGE ONLY The DIGITAL-FAX ACD Monitor System can be used to transmit only messages to the electronic display boards in those instances where ACD information is not available.
