National City Mortgage invites Visual Electronics into its home.

DENVER, September 24, 2000

Since June 2000, National City Mortgage has been using Visual Electronics ACD Monitor Systems to augment its efforts to continuously improve its call center efficiency. Established in 1955, National City Mortgage is the 7th largest mortgage originator and 12th largest mortgage servicer in the nation. There are four systems in four call centers throughout Dayton, Ohio, consisting of a total of 12 displays. By incorporating the ACD Monitor Systems on their LAN and WAN, National City has the capability to communicate between sites, announcing spikes and flow in traffic between sites.

National City specializes in originating residential mortgage loans through its retail, wholesale and telemarketing channels. National City is a full-service mortgage company that originates, acquires, markets and services those loans. With 250 lending offices in 37 states from coast to coast, National City's servicing portfolio is over $100 billion and represents nearly 900,000 mortgage loans as of June 30, 2002.

Visual Electronics is an Avaya CRM Solutions partner and worked through Avaya's local office on servicing National City's telecommunication needs, based on a G3 platform. At National City, Sandi Barnhill is the Voice & Video Network Services Manager for this area, and she says her team is very pleased with the ACD Monitor Systems.
